Part-Time Fine Dining Server at Four Eleven York

Four Eleven York is a boutique inn and restaurant concept in the Historic Freemason District of Norfolk, Virginia. The restaurant highlights locally grown produce and locally harvested seafood prepared using progressive techniques and the highest level of craftsmanship. We are offering the right candidate a place to learn and develop their food and beverage knowledge and service skills in a unique concept no where else in the region.

Our ideal candidate will have a zest for trying new things and constantly eager to learn. They will be enthusiastic about sharing knowledge about all aspects of the menu and act as our patrons’ guide through an amazing dining experience. Experience is not required to apply for this position but preferred.

Must have weekend availability.

Shifts: A combination of 2-3 shifts from below:

Brunch: Sunday 9:00am-3:00pm

Dinner: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 3:30-10pm

Four Eleven York is a boutique inn and restaurant concept in the Historic Freemason District of Norfolk, Virginia. The inn is a luxury get away for locals and visitors. We focus on hospitality and amazing service. We offer a variety of amenities including in room snacks, bar carts, high quality linens and towels, and more!

Our hospitality team takes care of the day to day operations of the bed and breakfast including but not limited to, preparing breakfast, cleaning the rooms, check in and check out, laundry, and concierge services. Our hospitality team is also involved with event planning such as private dinners, receptions, and weddings.

We are looking for candidates that enjoy being a part of a team but are also self-motivated. Our ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and enjoys going above and beyond guest expectations to create a wonderful and unique stay for each and every guest.

This Position’s Duties Include but are not Limited To:

-Preparing Breakfast for each guest to order from a selection of 8 entrees

-Preparing dining room for breakfast service

-Delivering breakfast upstairs to guest rooms or serving in dining room

-Breakfast Clean Up

-Morning Housekeeping and Refreshing rooms

– Checking Guests Out

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
