New Year’s Eve Menu

Our chefs have planned a delicious and exciting menu for you to enjoy this New Year’s Eve weekend! We will offer this three course menu on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

Below you’ll see highlights outlining some of the amazing things will be bringing in just for this menu.

first course

Baby Greens (vegetarian/ vegan option available)

asian pear, pomegranate arils, pistachio goat cheese, citrus gel, segmented citrus, evoo

Australian Lamb*

grass-fed lollipop lamb chop, coffee encrusted, fennel purée, fruit compote

*Grass-fed lamb from Australia, raised humanely without antibiotics or hormones, in a natural and free-range environment which offers optimal growing conditions, and nutritious grasses like rye and clover for the lambs to eat. A stress-free lifestyle produces lamb that is distinctively clean tasting, mild, tender, and not at all gamey.

Center Cut Angus Ribeye

Rohan Duck Breast* (vegetarian/ vegan option available)

sous vide, blackberry cardamom glaze, juniper berry farro 

*Rohan duck is exclusively available at D’Artagnan. Raised without antibiotics or hormones in open barns, our proprietary hybrid includes the Heritage Mallard and Pekin duck breeds. With a flavor reminiscent of a heritage-breed duck from France, the juicy, tender, rose-colored meat and mild taste make the Rohan™ Duck unique.

Chilean Sea Bass (vegetarian/ vegan option available)

poached chilean sea bass, house striped capellini pasta, piccata  sauce, gremolata


Angel Food Cake

champagne soaked berries, lavender anglaise, honey tuile

Hot Cocoa Bomb (vegetarian/ vegan option available)

gold flakes, marshmallows, sugar cookies

Cream Puffs

crème brûlée, chocolate, passion fruit

The Three Course Dinner will be $85 per person and will be available on New Year’s Eve and will be optional on New Year’s Day along side normal dinner service.
