Crème de la Crème of Cheese Boards for Two

Oyster on the Half Shell

buddha hand caviar, mignonette foam

Smoked Beets (v)

golden and purple beets, urfa biber creme fraiche, arugula, citrus vinaigrette



 house made pasta, duck bacon, poached quail egg, foie gras ricotta

Octopus Ceviche

leche de tigre, charred bok choy, rice crackers

Dumplings (v)

oyster mushroom, radish carpaccio, ponzu


Short Rib

pimento cheese polenta, wilted greens, demi glace

Pork Chop

sorrel and fig glaze, parsnip puree, broccoli

Chilean Sea Bass

smoked tomato sofrito, bulgur wheat, castelvetrano and date tapenade

Royal Trumpet Mushroom Scallop (v)

buddha hand miso glaze, ginger puffed rice, bok choy kimchi


Stout Cake

stout aged in bourbon barrels, luxardo cherry puree, amaro buttercream 


strawberry crunch, biscoff crust

Crème Brûlée (v)

passion fruit cream, lemon sugar, coconut shortbread

Menu is $95 per person with a $25 deposit required to reserve.

wine pairings will be 3oz per pour excluding the dessert wines
