a selection of cheese and charcuterie with accompaniments

Oyster on the Half Shell

cherry thai basil mignonette, luxardo pearls

Salad*

smoked blood oranges, baby greens, ginger turmeric olive oil, candied hazelnut crumbles

midcourse

Pasta

house cappellini, fried calamari, crispy capers, fra diavola sauce

Octopus

ancho glazed, pickled edamame and corn, saffron aioli

Soup*

fig miso, maitake mushrooms, tuscan kale

entree

Veal

veal wellington, potato and celery root puree, frenched green beans

King Salmon

en papillote, ginger, coconut, lemongrass, black rice pilaf

Chicken or Tofu*

dragon fruit barbecue, coconut polenta, garlic tuscan kale

dessert 

Chocolate

dark chocolate panna cotta, blackberry coulis

Cake

banana cake with toffee sauce, brûléed banana, candied hazelnut

Tart*

passion fruit, shortbread crust, aquafaba meringue

wine pairings will be 3 oz per pour excluding the dessert wines

Our Menu is $125 per person not including tax or gratuity. There is a $25 deposit per person to reserve that is refundable up to 7 days in advance of the reservation. The deposit will be applied to the final bill.
