How to Participate
1. Eligibility: Four Eleven York Inn Instagram Giveaways are open to persons 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Four Eleven York Inn employees and former employees and their families are not eligible to enter or to win.

2. Contest Period: Starting at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, Tuesday, March 3, 2020 to 11:59 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, Friday, March 24, 2020.

3. Contest Entry Restrictions: Entrants may participate in the Contest by following Four Eleven York Inn and The Restaurant at Four Eleven York (@fourelevenyorkinn and @fourelevenyorkrestaurant) on Instagram, liking the promotional post and tagging one (1) friend in the comments section that the entrant would like to go on a Summer Getaway with and what your favorite travel amenity is. Upon following @fourelevenyorkinn and @fourelevenyorkrestaurant and commenting via Instagram post, eligible entrants will be entered into the Contest for one (1) chance to win (i.e. one entry) prize. Prize will be available to win beginning when post is announced at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time to 11:59 p.m. on the day the contest closes. Winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message and will be announced on the original post. Prize is a two (2) night stay for two (2) in the Four Eleven York Suite and a $200 gift card to the Restaurant at Four Eleven York to be redeemed by August 31, 2020. By submitting your information, you are identifying yourself as the rightful owner of your personal information, and you are giving Four Eleven York Inn permission to use your name and social media ID for any publicity purposes.

4. Prize: The winner of the contest will be offered a two (2) night stay for two (2) guests in the Four Eleven York Suite and a $200 gift card to the Restaurant at Four Eleven York to be redeemed by August 31, 2020. The reservation is subject to availability and must be made 14 days prior to the two night stay. The two nights must be consecutive and can be any day of the week, the gift card must also be redeemed during the two night stay. If applicable: travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. The winner is responsible for travel expenses incurred to arrive in Norfolk for their stay. The Four Eleven York Inn does require the winner to bring the original certificate with them upon their arrival to honor the prize. The Four Eleven York Inn will not replace a lost certificate. A valid ID and credit card are required upon check-in. Awarding of Prize: The Prize will be awarded by random draw from all eligible contest entries received during the applicable contest period. The Prize will be awarded to the entrant at time of completion of online entry and who has complied with these rules. Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives, substitution or transfers of the Prize will be allowed. The Prize is non-transferable and must be used by the winner of the contest. Prize will be forwarded to the winner once the winner has contacted the Four Eleven York Inn with the mailing address for the certificate. The selected winning entrant will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message at least two (2) times within one week after the draw. Winner will be announced on corresponding post on the Four Eleven York Inn Instagram profile once winner has claimed prize.

5. General Rules: Entrants are restricted to one (1) entry per person. Entries made under multiple identities to enter multiple times are automatically void. All entries which are reproduced, irregular or fraudulent in any way are automatically void. All entries must follow Four Eleven York Inn and Four Eleven York Restaurant (@fourelevenyorkinn and @fourelevenyorkrestaurant) on Instagram to be considered for award.
